Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Include original tags and packaging

Be in original condition without stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear
Please try items on carefully when you receive them to ensure they remain eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards

Accessories marked as non-returnable

Items damaged through normal wear or improper handling after delivery
If an item is marked as Final Sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page before checkout.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy.
Simply contact our customer support team with:

The reason for the request
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed correctly.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We've got you covered.
We offer exchanges for eligible items based on stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we can help you process a return instead.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure the best chance of securing your preferred replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Typically, refunds appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MODAVARA cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend:

Order Cancellation
Orders can usually be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, you can still request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
